MoveMan Wellbeing Festival
Build Different

The most personal project I’d ever done
It’s a true reflection of attitude and beliefs of how I treat bodies and environments, both lived or builded
All the representation and ideology is what I wish to deliver in the festival that I experienced and felted when it’s all about the movement
When movement goes beyond physical
Recovery beyond rest
What is the sustainable body?
Timeline design → PRE and POST movement → both belong to stillness as home turf
House of Flow → LOADING
House of Recovery → BOUNCE

You’re in motion. Your sweat hasn’t dried yet, but you don’t care.
The drink isn’t just a pleasure; it’s fuel.
But fuel can have an attitude too.
The vessel is functional: a soft flask, an IV bag, a Nalgene, a can fished out of an ice bucket. Everything carries the beauty of use-marks.
The colors are dark: pine green, navy, charcoal black.
The brand language is cool, a little rebellious
The brand is part of your identity
Coffee. The aesthetic of this world comes from function honestly displayed
No decoration, because the function itself is the decoration. - Stillness Vibe:
Time moves slowly.
Someone has carefully frozen flowers into ice, sliced lime paper-thin and set it on the glass rim, poured water into a frosted glass bottle with a hand-written label.
This is deliberate stillness
Not emptiness, but a stillness where every detail has been considered.
The palette lets light through: honey gold, powder blue, grass green, misty white.
The vessel itself is an aesthetic statement
A cardboard coffee carrier, a glass bottle with a logo. The drink is a gift given to someone else, not fuel replenished for yourself.
Environmental romanticism.
Trust the body.
MOVEMAN — An Ecological Reassembly That Crosses Boundaries
#BUILD DIFFERENT
Dedicated to your body, and to the environment
MoveMan Is More Than a Rhythm or an Experience
It is a Hybrid that crosses boundaries
An invitation to rebuild the relationship between the flesh and nature. Here, we explore Resilience, Stasis, Calibration, and Regeneration.
\1. PEOPLE: Social Ecosystem and Collective Resonance
According to Strava’s 2025 report, for Gen Z, exercise has long since gone beyond pure physical training
It has become a central hub connecting social life and maintaining mental health.
Within today’s social ecosystem, joining a running club and sharing your athletic results is a pathway to building real, IRL (In Real Life) friendships and seeking authentic experiences. Fitness is no longer a solitary grind
It’s a lifestyle of collective resonance.
\2. PLANET x PERSONAL: The Ecological Cycle of Load & Bounce
The power of movement is a dynamic cycle of back-and-forth within extreme environments. We treat the flow of movement as a “Load” against gravity and the environment, and treat recovery as the “Bounce.”
→ Load (Environmental Load and Power Output)
We challenge gradients through trail running, hill-climb challenges, and the flow-sense of descents. This is more than a warm-up
It’s an extreme exploration born for speed, explosive power, and mid-distance acceleration.
→ Bounce → Recoverology
This is a transformation
one that redefines recovery. It is no longer passive downtime and rest, but a discipline of high performance: precisely switching the body from a “depleted state” into a “ready state.”
We combine physical recovery of the fascia and kinetic chain with psychological interventions for neural regulation (such as sound healing and guided meditation). Recovery is the crucial bridge connecting training to peak performance.
\3. FLOW STATE: The Biomimetics of Flow
4% Threshold
In the realm of psychology, the Well-being we pursue centers on Functioning and Adaptation — and this matters far more than simple happiness.
When a runner reaches their optimal psychological state, they enter “Flow”
a bridge connecting skill and challenge.
To achieve this seamless unity with the environment, we must overcome the “Control Paradox” and “Ironic Process Theory”: letting go of excessive manipulation of the details of movement, and holding absolute trust in past training instead.
Flow State Ecology Rests on Three Pillars:
- Clear Goals
Precisely grasping the body’s instructions in the present moment - Immediate Feedback
A real-time data dialogue between the body’s senses and the natural environment - The 4% Rule
At the golden balance point between anxiety and boredom, peak performance is triggered when the environment’s challenge exceeds the body’s current capacity by 4%
Ultimately, you are the movement, and the movement is you
the two become one. Cross the Line into ONE.
\4. The Modular Ecosystem
→ Fuelology: The Lab
We treat nutritional intake as “edible endurance” and “fuel for emergence.” From protein, carbohydrates, and electrolytes to caffeine, this is the precision fuel that sustains endurance.
In the Lab, we explore ultra-running nutrition science, homemade energy gels, and incorporate vegan and yogic diets (fruits, leafy greens)
Perfectly connecting natural substances to the body’s kinetic chain.
→ Stillnessology: Solitude as a Form of Recovery
As Haruki Murakami writes in What I Talk About When I Talk About Running, the solitude that running brings is a profound act of recovery and an ongoing ritual of self-discipline.
This quiet space is the psychological reconstruction zone where willpower is honed and energy absorbed.
where, in this moment, the flesh becomes a “metaphysical dojo” for the mind and nervous system.
→ Healology: The Midnight Mover
At midnight, fascia experts activate a recovery that never stops. Through flow yoga, breathwork (Pranayama), natural waking, and agarwood cleansing, we carry out deep balance and nervous system tuning.
Ecological Translators: COACH & GUIDES
Our guides are “children raised by nature,” grown up in extreme environments — trail runners, alpine climbers, and divemasters all at once. They hold RYT 200/500-hour yoga instructor certifications and Ayurvedic holistic-healing credentials. Their specialty is stripping ancient wisdom (such as chakra cleansing and the natural elements) of its mysticism, translating it instead into contemporary ecological and neuroscientific mind-body practice
Guiding the individual toward deep balance.
On the Body
-
We shouldn’t simply ask what “a body” is
-
The bad feminist habit of including too many bodies in a cosy togetherness
-
Embodiment
-
The body and our identity aren’t the same, aren’t equal to each other
-
Are we aiming for a physically delicious, elementally soothing experience?
-
The body of water also means, in the matter of feeling, the memories held in its embodiments
-
Are our bodies never fully autonomous?
-
We all become with, or simply just become, other bodies of water.
-
Where does “my” body begin, and where does it end? Is skin a boundary?
-
Can consciousness and experience belong only to humans?
-
The subject does not exist in isolation; it is always “co-constituted” with the other
-
The giver and receiver of knowledge are not opposites (my own view)
-
We need to break the binary opposition of “subject vs. environment”
-
The self is itself part of the environment’s flow
-
I don’t own my body; it’s a bidirectional relationship that I, as a perception of awareness, CO-BEING with this body to experience the world
-
“Être-au-monde” — being-in-the-world, by Maurice Merleau-Ponty
-
Reclaiming the body
-
As I touch the world, the world touches me too
-
Reversibility → there is no clean boundary between body and world
-
Flesh that continually interpenetrates one another, “Intercorporeality”
-
In classical phenomenology, Edmund Husserl (founder and pioneer of the 20th-century phenomenology movement) proposed “epoché” (reduction) and “intentionality”
Consciousness is always “consciousness of something”; it has directionality and orientation; it flows in a direction -
My favorite place is my body
-
Bodies are open and permeable
-
The bodily self, while also amplifying our very human vulnerabilities
In this sense, all the more human
The soul only exists in things that move.
-
“Psychic life” (a.k.a. soul) is inseparable from motion
-
A plant doesn’t need one, because it can’t act on its environment
-
Soul emerges specifically because an organism has to navigate, anticipate, and respond to a world it moves through
The divide between motion and stillness
Because soul and body are one, and this can only exist within a body in motion
-
The soul acts as an organ
-
The psychic organ that reads the environment
-
Purposiveness (teleology)
-
Psychic movement can’t be explained by looking backward at causes alone
-
You have to look at the goal it’s moving toward
-
A person’s actions only become legible once you identify the fictional “end point” they’re unconsciously steering toward
